What is the C2C warranty?

C2C warrants the construction and finish of all of our products to be free of defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 2 years from the date of purchase.


Prior to a warranty claim being filed, or repairs/replacements are implemented, C2C approval is required.

Yes, we specialize in producing custom furniture. C2C welcomes the opportunity to provide a quotation for your custom casegoods, millwork, seating, or outdoor products.

Does C2C offer custom wood finishes?

Yes, we have extensive color matching capabilities as well as our own standard line of timber finishes. Please contact C2C customer service at (305) 445-9199. If you would like a finish matched, please provide C2C with  4” x 4” control swatch.

What type of top coat is used?

C2C uses a polyurethane top coat for all hospitality products.

What type of finishes does C2C apply to metal furniture?

C2C utilizes a variety of finishes within our metal production facilities which include powder coating, paint applications, and most recently, the addition of PVD plating.

Yes. C2C has capability to produce customized seating products for both indoor and outdoor settings. In addition, our company has a wide range of seating products displayed on our website.

Does C2C produce millwork or built in furniture?

Yes, C2C has a long experience providing millwork, joinery or built in furniture (whichever phrase you prefer). For all built in products, C2C prefers to install all products using our own team of installation professionals.

How are repairs accomplished?

If any repairs are required for C2C products please contact us at info@c2designs.com, so we can assess the proper solution. C2C employs a team of expert carpenters and finishers capable of repairing most furniture defects. Any work done to C2C furniture must be completed by an experienced professional.

Can orders be canceled?

C2C will only accept order cancellations with prior factory approval. A cancellation charge will be applied for any orders that are started and then aborted by the client.

Are deposits required?

Yes. C2C requests deposits for first time orders, custom products, or large orders.

What is the freight policy?

All prices are quoted FOB Factory, unless otherwise specified. If you would like C2C to provide a freight quotation for your furniture order, our team of customer service professionals can provide shipping rates to anywhere in world.

What methods are used for shipping?

C2C uses ocean transport vessels, trains, trucks and air shipments.

How are products packaged?

Casegood and seating products are encased in soft foam and other protective packing materials, wrapped in high grade, recycled cardboard. The furniture products are then placed upon a wood skid and sealed with packing tape. For custom made furniture, specialized packing is required depending on the product design.

What if there is damage upon receipt of my product?

C2C recommends that you document any damage with photography of the packed items and unpacked furniture. In cases where items have been delivered damage, a C2C representative will assist in filing a damage claim with the transport carrier and replacing the damaged items.
